FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need any experience?
No. Classes are built for complete beginners and are non-competitive.
What should I wear?
Sweatpants or yoga pants, a t-shirt, and sneakers. Bring a hand towel for sweat and water or an electrolyte drink — classes are active.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on what's being taught and where — there are no monthly fees or uniform costs. Reach out and we'll quote you based on your class or your organization's needs.
Where are classes held?
We don't have a fixed studio — we rent event space around NYC for each class. Exact addresses are shared directly with registered participants for safety and privacy reasons; if you're interested in an upcoming class, reach out and we'll get you the details.
How do I sign up for a public class?
Most of our public class spots go to people who've taken a corporate session through their employer, or who come with a friend who's already attended. If you'd like to join a class, DM, text, call, or email us. If nothing's open right now, we'll add you to the waiting list and reach out as soon as a spot opens.
Can my company book a session?
Yes — see our Corporate Training page or contact us directly.
Is this trauma-informed?
Yes. We're conscious of prior trauma in the room and structure classes so no one is put on the spot or triggered without warning.
